Chuuk state consists of seven major island groups lying within the Eastern Caroline Islands, about 617 miles southeast of Guam and 3,262 miles southwest of Hawaii also total land mass of Chuuk state, including the outer islands, is approximately 77 square miles.

Truk Lagoon diving with Odyssey Adventures will allow us to see the ghost fleet of Truk Lagoon also the world’s best shipwreck destination. That’s only the beginning of your adventure. You’ll see an abundance of incredible tropical fish, anemones, gorgonians, and eagle rays. You’ll have the option to dive at your leisure, or borrow one of our experienced local dive guides who will show you all those places you wouldn’t find on your own.


Recreational Diving:
All dives can be completed within recreational limits.

Technical Diving Requirements:
Recommended certification Extended Range Diver
Technical buoyancy compensator set up to handle doubles
Twin regulator setups
Decompression dive computer and tables
Line cutting device and underwater slate

  • Rates for Technical Diving on board Odyssey Adventures also no charge for use of double tanks and pony bottles. $2.00/cubic foot Oxygen for mixtures other than standard free Nitrox.

Not all sites are visited every week. Weather, water conditions, dive skills and experience and guest requests are all taken into consideration on planning the particular itinerary of each trip.


Odyssey Live-a-board $3,719.75 based on Double occupancy includes 5% Chuuk sales tax and $50 dive permit.

Not included:
Depending on local group size we will offer transportation from Jupiter Dive Center to Miami Airport – Cost will be calculated on number of travelers.

Travel Insurance is recommended.

DAN Insurance required

Passports are required & must be valid for 6 months after return date. Some countries require a VISA and passport to have 2 blank pages Anyone under 18 traveling without both parents are required to have a notarized Consent Letter.
