It is requested that all divers - affiliated with LifeWaters; buddies, family, and friends, adapted divers, vet divers, etc joining them on 2027 trips provide a valid diver medical statement (dated within 12 months of the date(s) you are diving) if necessary, please obtain a new physician’s release.
